It’s just the initial upload that is slow – my hosting is perfectly adequate for this. Bitorrent wouldn’t help in this case.

If your link is that slow, you may wish to consider using BitTorrent to distribute your virtual machines.

Found out about Waffle from some wiki, then found you and had to go log in to see what it was all about. …………me like!

Hope to have some fun with this and try it out as I am learning to program in Python now, never too old I guess.

b4gate and b4bbs, both in London, England are also up.

b4gate is the EU (or EMEA) hub, b4bbs is a leaf node running an old school DOS UUCP package.
